Auto Expo Detailing

2/5 stars Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on our experience. I purchased a full detail for my husband’s SUV as a Christmas gift after confirming the vehicle size and being quoted $275. While the exterior looked great, the interior detail was disappointing and several areas were clearly overlooked. Before the appointment, I specifically asked them to focus on the floor mats. We use all-weather winter mats year-round, so the carpet underneath is basically spotless. Our dog had left some surface scratches on the mats, and I was told they could likely improve them as long as the scratches weren’t deep. There was no noticeable improvement at all. There were also multiple spots in the trunk that still had visible dirt and debris after the detail was completed, which was frustrating considering the cost. What made the experience even more confusing was that when my husband picked up the vehicle, he was charged an additional $25. When he questioned it, they apparently said we must have received a Black Friday special. I purchased this on 12/23, so that explanation didn’t make much sense. Overall for $300, I expected much better attention to detail, clearer pricin

Really disappointing experience. I brought my black Acura here after carefully buffing it, specifically to avoid the swirls and scratches that tunnel washes often cause. Unfortunately, the result was the exact opposite of what I expected—my car ended up covered in scratches, swirl marks, and even towel lint left behind. At that point, I would have been better off sticking with a standard tunnel wash. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

This auto wash and detail center placed one of my custom floormats into the vehicle behind me that was of the same brand. After the Manager and Owner told me they would immediately purchase another one for me, and after at least 3-4 follow up visits and continued support of their business, they never followed through and put it back on me to order the mat after their commitment and "connections" to easily replace it. Blamed me for their inability to find the mat and never called me once for a status update on their progress after they told me the "manager" would be following up with me by phone as well. Do not trust this business with your vehicles as they do not follow up on their mistakes, commitments, personal property, and certainly do not value a long-term customers business.

**YOU’RE BETTER AT DETAILING YOUR CAR YOURSELF** If you’re looking to pay a premium for vacuuming services, this is the place for you. I opted for the full service, which included interior and exterior detailing as well as engine bay cleaning and body correction. The only aspect I was satisfied with was the actual cleaning of the engine bay. See attached photos. The interior ceiling was still stained, seats had crumbs, and the exterior wasn’t detailed; the same bug splatter that was on the side mirror when I dropped off the car remained. You could also see how dirty the disinfected wipes were after using it.. Overall, I am disappointed. While the customer service left a decent impression, the quality of the service did not meet my expectations, especially considering I paid for a full service of $300+ dollars.

It seems that the quality has completely gone down hill here after paying for their tier 5 wash. They didn't do a thorough job of wiping my interior down even thought that is what I paid for and on top they didn't even touch the cargo area of my vehicle. After years of coming here I will not be returning.
